Rector

The Rector is the chief executive and legal representative of the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM). As the College’s main managerial authority, the Rector oversees all aspects of leadership, daily operations, and strategic implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary management authority and legal representative of the College.

• Ensure the effective operation and proper management of the College.

• Implement the regulations and decisions of the Academic Council and Management Council.

• Oversee the drafting, approval, and execution of the annual budget and development plans.

• Lead the recruitment, advancement, and development of academic personnel.

• Collaborate with academic units to ensure the successful implementation of study programs.

• Manage the College’s operations, roles, and institutional activities.

• Establish commissions or advisory bodies as needed to support the College’s mission.
